We went back up to Black Canyon National Park. Our camera battery went dead yesterday! Thank goodness it was only 13 miles back. This place is amazing we spent two hours up in the Canyon. WOW! Back on track we took US 50 West to US 550 South toward Ouray, Colo. Colorado 145 north to Norwood. This took us thru the San Miguel Canyon. Just incredible at how the terrain can change so fast. After lunch at Norwood we turned around and went back South on 145, back thru canyon and on to Telluride. I cannot say enough about how beautiful, awesome, overwhelming, The town sets surrounded on three sides by mountains. The snow melt is amazing, with the waterfalls that it creates. Note: Pricey place fuel was $4.39 for 85 test. Continued on Colo 145 South went by several peaks above 14000 ft. Down to Cortez. See todays slide show below!
